Parent Participation is open to all guardians (not just parents) who want to help their little one's excel. In this fun, educational program children will build a strong foundation for sports, school, and life! Confidence, listening skills, taking turns, balance, coordination, and flexibility are just some of the amazing benefits they will learn! Each class is 45 minutes, a perfect amount of time to reap the benefits of gymnastics and hold small attention spans.
